The Museum Club is a historic landmark along old Route 66 or what is now Highway 180 north through Flagstaff. If you are staying in Flagstaff, make the Museum Club bar one of your first stops! It has a variety of entertainment for every day of the week, great pizza, and a welcoming atmosphere. If Roy and I lived in Flagstaff, I'm sure it would become our favorite hang-out!
This is the entry area. During the Winter months wouldn't a fire in the fireplace be super inviting! To the right outside the picture is a bar counter and around behind the fireplace is a stage, dance floor, and lots of seating. Check out the curved tree trunk at the right of the picture. These are used as roof supports throughout this large cabin. The Museum Club cabin is touted as the largest cabin in Arizona!
This is the entry area looking to the left.In this picture you can see the dance floor, stage, and the front entry bar counter. The Museum Club offers poker and blackjack on Mondays, off track horse betting daily, Tuesday night Karaoke, Wednesday Dime Beer night and $2.00 U Call It Drinks with a Disc Jockey providing entertainment, and live music and comedy performances Thursday through Saturday. Dance lessons are offered, as well! We didn't make it to a dime beer night, but were told the 10 cent beer is a 12 ounce Coors. All other beer brands and mixed drinks are only $2.00! Our favorite local beer discovery is made by Historic Brewing Company of Flagstaff and is called Everyday Special! Yum!
This is the bar area at the back of the lounge. If you are a ghost hunter, you may just meet the original bar owners, as they are said to still frequent the Museum Club and materialize to the point you may find yourself visiting with them before they vanish before your eyes!!!
